But don't fret as we have very flexible delivery options for you!
All delivery fees are computed upon checkout.
Davao City Delivery
All delivery fees are computed upon checkout. Simply input your correct address with 8000 as the zip code. Don't forget this important step! Please then choose the applicable delivery fee that matches your address or area. We automatically cancel orders where the correct delivery fee is not chosen.
Unsure of which delivery fee applies to your address? Press the 'Call to Assist' button below so we can assist you. You can also drop a message in our chat box so we can check for you.
Same Day Delivery
This option is only available to Davao City residents for on-hand items. Please call us to check what we have available in-store for this option. We keep very limited stocks as all our products are made to order.
We accept rush orders with a fee of ₱300 per regular sized product. For rush custom orders, fee is ₱500 per product. Cut-off time is 12 noon and earliest delivery or pickup time is 4PM.
Our local Davao City delivery partners are all third-party riders or transportation companies. We are not liable for any damages incurred by our partner riders while the items are in transit.
While there is an option to choose a delivery time when booking your order, delays from our partner riders can sometimes happen which are out of our control. We will inform you if the delivery will be running late.
Nationwide Shipping
We offer nationwide shipping for all our gift items and Singles. Shipping fees are computed upon checkout. Simply input the correct address with the correct region. Our partner couriers are J&T, GoGo Express and JRS.
Approximate delivery timelines for the island groups are the following:
Luzon 7 days
Visayas 5 days
Mindanao 3 days
These are approximate timings only and would still depend on the courier's on-time performance which are out of our hands. Might we suggest that you book your orders ahead of time and give allowances of say, an extra 3 days from your target use date for these delays especially on expected holidays and other extra special occurrence that might arise from the global pandemic that we are currently facing.
Pickup
Come say hello! We are happy to give you your orders in person.
We are located at Artiaga Street in the downtown area of Davao City.
Read our guidelines for the pickup method of order delivery before dropping by.
Curbside Pickup
Curbside pickup is allowed. Please do advise us if there are any changes in the planned pickup time in your booked order details so we can shuffle our tasks and be ready to meet you outside.
In-store Pickup
You may drop by during the time and date you selected upon checkout to collect your items. You are allowed inside only if you have your masks on. Safety first!
If riders will pick-up your items, please ensure they are well briefed of our location. You can send them our Google Maps pin for an easier navigation. Please also let them know that we require masks inside our shop premises.
Gentle reminder, we do not release unpaid orders.
We have the right to deny entry to persons who do not have intentions to follow our shop rules or if we identify them as a threat to our shop's safety, peace and order.
