ORDER PROCESS

  • How do I order?

    For single quantity flowers

    You may visit our Shopee store below to order flowers directly.

    For gift and home items

    You can order here in our Store tab. Remember, we require 2 days lead time. If to be shipped outside Davao City, we will be able to ship the items out after 2 days.


    For custom and bridal orders, we require 1 week from pickup or delivery date.

  • Do I need to order your items in advance?

    Short answer, is yes. 


    We have on-hand items everyday but not all bouquet sizes or arrangements are available instore. It’s always best to book ahead so we can prepare your gifts properly and schedule deliveries, if applicable.


    For nationwide shipping, please take note that we will ship out your orders after 2 days from order payment date with payments made before 6 PM.

  • How much lead time do you need?

    For bridal orders

    We need at least two weeks before delivery or pickup date. This includes the whole process from inquiry to delivery or pickup date.


    One week is acceptable if the design is found in our current arrangement selection. Still subject to our order queue for the week.


    For gift items

    We need two full days for your orders. If orders are booked after 6 PM, available delivery or pickup date will be 2 days after the booking. We accommodate same day orders with a cut-off time of 12 noon daily. 


    Rush Order Fee of ₱300 applies for same day orders. You may check our Delivery Method for more details.


    For custom orders

    We need one week before pick-up or delivery date. 


    Custom orders are available for same day orders with a fee of ₱500 per regular sized item.


    For single quantity flowers

    For Davao City residents, you may send your orders anytime and we’ll advise you ASAP when the flowers are ready for pick-up. If availing our delivery service from our third-party rider partners, we will advise you when your order is on its way.


    For nationwide shipping, we send your paid orders via GoGo Express, J&T or JRS.  Please take note of the cut-off time of 11 AM to be eligible for same day pick-up. 


    No Rush Order fee for same day pick-ups for Singles orders.

PRODUCTS

  • Can I still customize the bouquet wraps?

    Yes! Just let us know if you have specific color requests for the wraps and the ribbons, and we will happily substitute them for your order as long as we have the colors on-hand. 


    You can write them down in the Order Notes at the end of your order, after the payment section.

  • Can I change the flowers in an arrangement?

    Unlesss otherwise mentioned in the description of an item, or asked in the order details, this would make your order fall under a Custom item. 


    Custom items are:

    • Custom Bouquet (found in the Store page)
    • Custom Order (submit a Quote Request Form first in the Custom Order page)
    • Bridal Orders (fill out either a Bridal Quote Request Form or book a consultation to finalize your order which are both under the Custom Order page)

  • Can your products be shipped outside Davao City?

    Yes, very much! Our products are eligible for nationwide shipping except the following:

    • Rattan Dreamcatcher
    • Gift Bundles containing food items
    • Gift Bundles containing balloons
    • Food/Beverage Add-on Items
    • Arrangements with glass and ceramic vases

  • Help! How do I handle or take care of dried flowers?

    That's easy. No water, no direct sunlight and good air circulation is all you need.

  • Do you have a physical shop?

    Yes, we’re currently located at Artiaga Street in the Downtown Area of Davao City.


  • How do I get to your shop?

    You may type "tuyo dried flowers" in Google Maps or Waze for directions. Our pinned address is correct.  


    Alternatively, you may click the chat button on the lower right part of your screen and click the pin icon to lead you straight to our shop location in Google Maps.


    We do apologize for the inconvenience, but the building we're currently in does not have a signage. So don't forget to look up as we're located on the second floor. You may enter through the white gate  as soon as you arrive outside. 


    Notable landmarks near us are Polyclinic Davao (Artiaga Street side) and Tinhat Boutique Hotel.

  • What are your shop hours?

    We're open from Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 6:30 pm.

  • Do you allow walk-ins?

    Yes, you're welcome to! You can visit our physical store from Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm at:

PAYMENT

  • Do you accept COD or Cash on Pick-up?

    For orders below ₱2,000, yes. Please keep in mind the COD option has a fee of ₱40 per delivery. 


    For custom orders, gifts that go straight to the recipient and for bridal bouquets, we strictly do not accept this mode of payment.

  • What are your modes of payments?

    Here in our site, we accept PayPal which accepts all major credit cards, Online Banking, and GCash.


    For the COD option (which is applicable to some items), please message us first.


    Our available banks for OTC deposits or online banking are BPI, BDO, Metrobank and EastWest.

  • Do you offer wholesale prices?

    We do not offer this for our single quantity flowers at the moment. Promos are posted and are made available on our Shopee store only.
